About this Menternship
In this menternsip, you will learn about what is meant by diversity and inclusion. You will have to help CIE prepare for problems that could arise from a gender diversity announcement that will be made. You will have to conduct primary and secondary research to identify the potential problems and develop a strategy to tackle them.

The incubator CIE which is the Centre of Innovation and Entrepreneurship is part of IIIT-Hyderabad Foundation which was created in 2008 to aid the International Institute of Information Technology, Hyderabad (IIIT-H), in managing its intellectual property portfolio, identify collaborative opportunities with industry, and above all to support entrepreneurial activity in Hyderabad by creating a startup hub to really push forward the city’s ambition to be a startup powerhouse.
