CrossFit is a branded fitness regimen that was started in the US in 2000 and is now practiced in over 13,000 affiliated gyms all over the world. CrossFit focuses on constantly varying strength and conditioning exercises that workout every muscle of the body. Elements from high-intensity interval training, weightlifting, gymnastics, and various other exercise forms are incorporated into every CrossFit routine. In addition to designing and supervising your fitness plan, X60 tracks progress in a scientific manner to measure improvements you make in weight, strength, flexibility, agility, balance and stamina.

Through this menternship, you are expected to display not just your knowledge and experience pertaining to CrossFit, but also your ability to discern clients and custom develop suitable workout routines according to group requirements, and your instruction abilities.
