In this menternship, you will be using the principles of Six Sigma to formulate a quality management plan for The Deccan Burgers. Six Sigma is a quality-control methodology developed in 1986 by Motorola, Inc. Six Sigma is a set of management tools and techniques designed to improve business by reducing the likelihood of error.  

You will have to assess customer satisfaction through the customer reviews that have been provided to you.
