What you’ll need before starting
There are certain limitations to be kept in mind when creating the solution:
- The final subscriber engagement initiative should be in line with the current product and customer experience
- The time it takes to implement this initiative is 1 week
- The cost of implementing the initiative should not exceed INR 5000 - one-time spend
- The initiative should be scalable with respect to any number of subscribers, may it be 5 or 500000
