In this menternship, you will have to develop a strategy to motivate the virtual employees at Innovivi. A lot of companies lately have been investing in creating a virtual workspace. It has a lot of advantages such as reduced overhead costs and higher scalability, but it also has its own set of challenges for both employees and employers. 
We can all name at least some of the benefits of working virtually: no dress code, no commute, no need for companies to provide workspaces, or parking lots. But by now, most of us can recognise the downsides to working in isolation. It is a challenge to motivate isolated team members.
