The Thickshake factory was started in 2013 by two brothers- Yeshwanth and Ashwin to bring premium Thickshakes to India. While on a student exchange program to Belgium in 2011, Yeshwanth chanced upon a chocolate milkshake. In spite of being someone who is not particularly fond of milkshakes, he was blown away by this one. He realised that most places in India sell flavoured milk as milkshakes and saw this as a huge market to capitalise on. The rest is history. Now, Thickshake is a category in itself. The company has expanded to the USA as well!
